Before taking their latest theatrical offering overseas, Out Cast Theatre are giving Melbourne audiences the chance to enjoy this fast, furious, filthy and very funny little tale for three performances only!
With sell-out seasons of Adventures of Butt Boy & Tigger, Jane Austen’s Guide To Pornography and Monstrous under their belt, this time Out Cast are aiming for something a little classier by presenting Steven Dawson’s outrageous The Importance of Being Earnest As Performed by 3 F**king Queens and A Duck.
A disgraceful tale of envy and neediness as three less-than-talented and overly ambitious actors strive to perform Oscar Wilde’s classic with dignity and half-baked ambition.
Good taste and political correctness fly out the window as they take on the uber-theatricals in an all-out assault on those more talented. Big, bad and hilariously silly, Oscar will be turning in his grave!
