Play With Pride 2025

APN PWP Isaac HumphriesPresented by Adelaide University Sport & Fitness in collaboration with The University of Adelaide, Play With Pride is a powerful afternoon celebrating LGBTIQA+ inclusion in sport and beyond.

Bringing together athletes, advocates, and allies to promote a welcoming and supportive sporting community for all, Play With Pride will feature headline speaker, Isaac Humphries, professional basketballer for the Adelaide 36ers in the National Basketball League (NBL).

In 2022, Isaac made history by coming out as gay, becoming the first openly gay male player in the NBL. He is also a passionate mental health advocate and accomplished musician. Isaac will join host, Ali Clarke on stage for a 1 on 1 conversation about his journey.

Play With Pride will also feature a panel of voices sharing their insights and stories including Chelsea Randall (she/her) – AFLW Footballer, Adelaide Crows, Marnee Silver (they/them) – AFL VIC Coach developer & Pride Cup Club Support Officer, María José “Cote” Rojas (she/her) – Chilean international footballer and founder of Supersede, and Owen Brigstock-Barron – Director of Global Sports Health Initiatives at Movember.
