The first ever summit for LGBTQIA+ leaders AND allies in Australia, The Hatchery presents the LGBTQIA+ Leadership and Allyship Summit in Sydney and Online from 31 May – 1 June 2023.
From showing up as your authentic self, to having challenging conversations, calling out bias and identifying opportunities to better support future LGBTQIA+ leaders, this summit is an open and safe space for all to come together and learn how we can make our organisations better places for everyone in them.
The summit provides an opportunity community leaders and allies to share how others can support team members on the path to leadership, and for organisations to discuss the challenges and barriers facing LGBTQIA+ leaders and how to overcome them.
